As a scrapbooker
myself, I always felt that people in a retail environment were
not willing to listen and help when I needed assistance regarding
purchasing my scrapbooking supplies. They always made me feel
like a novice.
I vowed that if I
ever had the opportunity, I would make sure that everyone would feel
welcome in my retail store. Please feel free to stop in and feel the
