The Happy Scrapper was founded
by Elise Pearl Dinetz in September, 2003.  Although we no longer have our retail store open daily, during our bi-monthly 15-hour crops, the store will be open from 9 AM - 5PM.

We also offer services including custom invitations, centerpieces, party favors, sign-in books, as well as custom cut titles for your scrapbooking pages or your kids school projects.
